The PyCon UK Society
Notice of Annual General Meeting
In accordance with Article 7 of the Society's Constitution notice is hereby given that the second Annual General Meeting of the Society shall be held at 1.45pm on Sunday 14th September 2008 at the Birmingham Conservatoire.
In accordance with Article 4 of the Society's Constitution the Society is governed by a Committee, currently consisting of the following members : Mr Michael Foord, Mr Zeth Green, Mr John Pinner, Mr Michael Sparks, Mr Richard Taylor, Mr Alex Willmer, and Mr Quentin Wright.
In accordance with Article 4 all current members of the Society's Committee will resign from office at the AGM, and Messrs Foord, Green, Pinner, Sparks, Taylor, Willmer and Wright offer themselves for re-election. Members may stand for election to the Committee after being proposed and seconded in accordance with Article 6 of the Constitution.

Eligibility
Paying delegates to the PyCon UK Conference 2008 will have paid a membership subscription of £1 and shall be members of the Society and shall be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM. Delegates who have not paid, or who have joined less than 24 hours before the AGM, shall not be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.
